Terms and Conditions Please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully, as these form the basis in connection with package tours booked with Excellent Guides Tours and Safaris. Payment and Cancellation Terms A 20% deposit is due to confirm booking; Balance of payment is due 90 days in advance of arrival date. (unless other specified by EXG) Cancellation & Refund Policy If you need to cancel your trip, please send an email to info@exgsafaris.com. Applicable refunds will be issued to the card used for payment according to the following schedule: 91 days or more prior to departure: Deposit will be refunded, minus a $350 per person administrative fee. 90–61 days prior to departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded. 60–46 days prior to departure: 35% of the total trip cost will be refunded. 45 days or less prior to departure: No refunds will be issued. Please note: The $350 per person minimum administrative fee is non-refundable once paid, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. Issues We want to make your trip unforgettable and meet all your wishes and demands. However, should any inconvenience arise during your trip, please let your guide or the staff know immediately. We will leave no stone unturned to solve the problems as quickly as possible. An honest word on the spot is more effective than a subsequent letter of complaint. These deductions are necessary to cover the costs incurred by our company in the processing of payments and the subsequent processing of refunds.
